SWIM CENTER - FRONT DESK ATTENDANT
Job Summary:
Front Desk Attendants are responsible for greeting, assisting, and directing members, guests, and team members as appropriate. They must have excellent people skills and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Offers quality customer service to members, guests, and team members. Checks-in members and ensures membership is current. Provides good customer service in person and on telephone Maintains a neat and orderly Front Desk and Lobby area. Greets guests and enters them into the software management system. Organizes and works independently on multiple tasks and completes assignments within deadlines. Manages incoming calls, transfers calls, and takes messages. Staff working an evening/closing shift must be able to provide 15 hours of availability per week and work 10 hours per week. If you work an evening shift you will be responsible for facility cleaning at the end of the shift. Additional Duties & Responsibilities Answers member questions and assists in resolving member concerns. Knowledge of Club programs, activities, and policies. Operating cash register and computer Enters customer data and ensures accuracy of data entry. Performs all point-of-sale transactions. Effectively follow directions from management, verbally or in writing. Performs other related duties as required.

Experience:
No prior experience required.
Education:
Minimum high school attendance
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Has clear oral and written communication skills for telephone and email. Able to work diligently and independently. Must have a professional appearance, a pleasant, helpful attitude and enjoy customer service. Works well under pressure and unsupervised. Strong written and verbal communication skills License, Certificates, etc.
AED, CPR, and First Aid Availability:
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Physical Demands of Job:
Standing for the entire shift Bending, stooping, reaching, walking, and climbing. Lifting up to 25 pounds unassisted Wears the uniform and name tag provided while on duty. Working early late nights. The pay rate for this position is $18.55. CA offers a positive, fun work environment and a generous benefits package.
