We are looking for a Guest Experience Specialist who can help us deliver the welcoming, organized, and professional experience our customers expect. Automotive experience is not required. In fact, experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, medical or professional offices, concierge services, or other customer-focused environments can be an excellent fit for this position.

The Person We're Looking For:

You genuinely enjoy helping people. You are warm and welcoming, but also professional and dependable. You communicate clearly, pay attention to details, and take pride in making things run smoothly. You notice when someone needs assistance without waiting to be asked. When the phone rings, a customer walks through the door, an appointment needs to be coordinated, or transportation arrangements change, you respond calmly and professionally. You understand that small details matter. Because you will often be one of the first people our customers interact with, you will play an important role in representing Precision Auto and creating the experience customers remember. What You'll Do As a Guest Experience Specialist, you'll help coordinate the customer's experience throughout their visit.

Your responsibilities will include:

Warmly greeting customers and helping them feel welcome Answering incoming telephone calls and customer emails professionally Responding to customer questions and directing requests appropriately Scheduling and confirming service appointments Helping accommodate customers' individual transportation and scheduling needs Coordinating rental vehicle reservations Preparing and processing rental vehicle agreements Coordinating customer shuttle transportation, including pickups, drop-offs, and vehicle deliveries Following up with customers after service Maintaining accurate customer and appointment information Communicating with other members of the Precision Auto team to keep customers informed and their visits running smoothly Identifying opportunities to make a customer's experience easier or more enjoyable What Success Looks Like The right person for this position is: Friendly, positive, and comfortable interacting with many different personalities Dependable and punctual Highly organized and attentive to details Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities at once An excellent verbal and written communicator Comfortable speaking professionally on the telephone Able to remain calm when schedules change or the business becomes busy Proactive rather than waiting to be told what needs attention Comfortable learning new systems and processes Someone who takes pride in their appearance and maintaining a professional workplace A team player who is willing to help wherever needed

Experience Required:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Reliable ability to commute to Germantown, Maryland Strong customer-service and communication skills Especially valuable: Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, concierge services, medical/dental offices, professional offices, banking, retail customer service, or another high-touch customer-service environment. Automotive experience is welcome, but not required . Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:40 AM-5:30 PM 45 minute lunch break No weekends This is a full-time, in-person position at our Germantown, Maryland location. Compensation & Benefits Starting at $23.00 per hour , with competitive weekly pay and direct deposit every Friday.
