Hotel Associate Full Job Description Job Summary Assist the General Manager and team by continually focusing on achieving guest satisfaction and providing support with daily duties including but not limited to the following: Guest check ins Laundry Room Turns Reservations

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience a plus, but will train thew right candidate Must be proficient with or willing to learn SkyTouch Management Software Must maintain composure and work well under pressure. Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including preventing, identifying, and problem solving as necessary. Must be able to communicate clearly with team and guests

RESPONSIBILITIES

Approach all guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, and courteous manner Ensure the efficient operation of the hotel in the absence of the General Manager by supporting team members. Assist with all Hotel daily duties as needed with guest check-in, room turns, and laundry. Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner. Be available to guests/team members during peak times

Full-time / Part-time 10-hour shift 8-hour shift Must be willing to work weekends Ability to commute/relocate:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
