Our product is nationally known and is a favorite for locals and tourists alike! We are seeking guest service team members. This role is responsible for providing our guests with The Holy Donut experience which includes excellent and efficient service, a big smile, fun & friendly interactions, and providing excellent product knowledge for our guests. Tasks include accurately packing donuts, cash handling, brewing and preparing coffee, cleaning and doing dishes, use of our Point of Sale system, stocking supplies, completing opening and closing checklists as well as other tasks. All team members take part in the production of our potato donuts and are responsible for cutting, shaping, frying, and glazing to our exacting standards. This is a physically demanding aspect of the role, so we rotate positions to keep things fresh. This is a very fast-paced role.
