In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests and play an important part in creating a welcoming and efficient experience from arrival to departure. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression. Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and local area offerings. Handle reservations, room assignments, and schedule changes as needed. Process payments, maintain accurate records, and balance front desk transactions. Assist guests with requests, concerns, and issue resolution in a professional manner. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support guest needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area. Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards. Qualifications Previous customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-focused in a busy environment. Basic computer skills and comfort using reservation or property management systems. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
