Job Description
We are searching for an empathetic and professional person to work the front desk at our hotel inside the U of M Hospital Complex. The qualified candidate must be able to multi-task, be detailed oriented, and able to provide excellent customer service. Duties include making reservations at area hotels, financial transactions, checking guests in and out, answering switchboard, etc. Serious applicants only and must be able to pass a background check. Must be available to work weekends and evenings. Shifts would be 7am-3pm and/or 3pm-11pm; 16 -32 hours per week. Serious applicants only.
