In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel during evening and overnight hours, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and seamless guest services. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help maintain operational excellence while providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills in a fast-paced environment, all while making guests feel valued and cared for at every touchpoint. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication Handle reservations efficiently, including modifications and cancellations, utilizing hospitality reservation systems Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions, update reports, and ensure accuracy in property records Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, providing local information, and delivering outstanding customer service Monitor hotel safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure guest security throughout your shift Prepare shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries accurately for management review Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest needs effectively Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to handle unexpected situations confidently Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to manage inquiries professionally over the phone and in person Ability to work overnight shifts reliably while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail This role is paid and offers a vibrant environment where your enthusiasm for hospitality can shine.
