Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face and the first point of contact for our guests. Your energetic and customer-focused approach will ensure every guest feels valued and cared for from check-in to check-out. You will handle reservations, guest inquiries, and provide exceptional service that enhances their overall experience. With your expertise in hospitality management and multilingual skills, you'll create a seamless and memorable stay for every visitor. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hotel management skills while working in a dynamic environment dedicated to guest satisfaction. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Manage reservations using property management in ( CLOUDBEDS) PMS system. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and security of guests and staff at all times Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guest populations Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially ( CLOUDBEDS) system or similar platforms is a plus. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and hospitality reservation systems Excellent phone etiquette, customer service problem-solving capabilities, and client communication skills Previous experience with night audit procedures or resort environments is a plus Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
