Job Description
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for the financial and administrative aspects of the resort during the night shift. You will perform essential accounting functions, reconcile daily transactions, and provide outstanding customer service to our guests. This role is crucial to maintaining the hotel's financial integrity and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Perform night audit processes, including balancing daily financial transactions, and preparing reports.
- Review and verify all check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy in guests accounts.
- Process payments and handle cash, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with late check-ins and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Monitor security and safety protocols throughout the hotel during the night.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure operational effectiveness. Shift is 11 pm
- 7am.
