In this energetic role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. During your afternoon/night shift, you will oversee the smooth operation of the front desk, perform detailed audits of daily financial transactions, and maintain guest satisfaction through attentive customer service. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their stay, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage all front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest requests with efficiency and professionalism. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, verify billing accuracy, and prepare reports to ensure proper accounting procedures are followed. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls accurately and courteously. Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while adhering to hotel policies and procedures. Assist with guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and personalized service to enhance guest experiences. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, especially in front desk or guest services positions. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Prior experience with night audit procedures and hotel accounting systems is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor and excellent communication abilities. Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle guest inquiries professionally. Familiarity with resort or hotel environments, demonstrating an understanding of hospitality standards and guest relations.
