Pay:
$14.00 - $18.00/hour+ based on experience Job Summary A Guest Specialist at Oasis Salon & Spa greets guests, manages the appointment schedule, and ensures a smooth, relaxing check-in and checkout experience. They promote spa packages and retail products while coordinating closely with stylists, therapists, and technicians. Strong organizational skills, a calming presence, and attention to detail are essential for this role. Responsibilities Greet guests and check them in for spa and salon services. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for stylists, therapists, and technicians. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Process payments, gratuities, and retail sales at checkout. Promote spa packages, memberships, and retail products. Maintain a clean, calming reception and waiting area. Communicate with service providers to keep the schedule running smoothly. Skills and Abilities Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Exceptional customer service abilities. Comfortable using scheduling and point-of-sale systems. Calm, welcoming demeanor, even during a busy schedule. A great attitude and genuine desire to help people matter more to us than years of experience. Spa or salon experience is a plus, but not required. Additional Requirements Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Other duties as assigned. Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds. Education/Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience preferred; spa or salon experience is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person.
