Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Greet and check-in guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage guest reservations and inquiries through phone systems and in-person interactions. Perform nightly audits of hotel transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, maintaining high standards of guest relations. Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times. Process check-outs efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist in managing hotel security protocols during night shifts. Skills Strong background in guest services and customer service within the hospitality industry. Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest relations. Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills to address guest needs and concerns efficiently.
