Retail & Guest Services Team Member Lewis Adventure Farm & Zoo | New Era, MI Seasonal Position | September - November 1 Love working with people and being part of a fast-paced, fun environment? Join the Lewis Adventure Farm & Zoo team for our busy fall season! Our Retail & Guest Services Team Members are often the first people our guests interact with , so creating a friendly, welcoming experience is the most important part of the job. Where You May Work Team members may be scheduled in several guest-facing areas, including: Market - Retail merchandise, gifts and farm products Ticket Booths - Admissions and season pass sales What You'll Do Welcome guests with a friendly, helpful attitude Operate registers and process purchases accurately Sell admission tickets and season passes using iPad-based registers Answer guest questions and help guests navigate their visit Stock and arrange merchandise and keep displays looking full and organized Maintain a clean, attractive and guest-ready work area Assist with U-Pick flower purchases and guest questions when working in the Flower Field Work independently or as part of a team depending on your assigned location Help create the positive, memorable experience Lewis Adventure Farm & Zoo is known for What We're Looking For Must be at least 16 years old Friendly, outgoing and comfortable interacting with guests Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using technology and learning a point-of-sale system Able to stand for extended periods of time Willing to jump in and help wherever needed Previous cashier or customer service experience is helpful, but not required Seasonal Availability This is a fall seasonal position running September through November 1. Our fall season is one of our busiest times of the year, so weekend availability is important.
