Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors using appropriate floor care techniques, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to ensure a spotless environment. Handle chemical agents safely by following proper procedures outlined in Safety Data Sheets (SDS), ensuring effective sanitation without compromising safety. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and industrial cleaning tools efficiently to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Maintain inventory and supplies. Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and guest rooms or residential spaces with attention to detail. Follow hotel housekeeping management procedures to ensure guest safety and property security at all times. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests or questions and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors or residents. Experience Proven janitorial or custodial experience with a focus on hospitality cleaning environments. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management practices. Hands-on experience with chemical handling and safe use of cleaning agents in commercial settings. Knowledge of floor cleaning techniques including floor care products and equipment operation. Previous roles involving hotel housekeeping or property care demonstrate your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards is essential.
