Job Description
About us We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the hotel facilities and services
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
- Process reservations accurately
- Assist with Laundry
- Assist with Breakfast
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Other tasks as needed or assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services or a similar role preferred
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
- Ability to handle guest relations effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
