Front Desk Services:

Greet and assist guests with late-night check-ins, check-outs, requests, and general information.

Night Audit:

Reconcile daily financial transactions, balance the front office accounting records, and compile necessary financial reports.

Financial Management:

Process cash and credit card payments, manage cash drawers, and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Security Monitoring:

Monitor the hotel lobby and property for security and safety, responding to incidents as needed.

Guest Assistance:

Address guest inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner, providing information about hotel services and local areas.

Technical Operations:

Use hotel management software (PMS) for various tasks, including accessing reservation records, processing payments, and inputting data.

Essential Skills and Qualifications Customer Service:

Ability to provide a friendly and attentive experience for guests.

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
