Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Part‑Time Guest Service Representative to provide excellent service at our front desk. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide a positive, professional welcome Maintain a consistent front‑desk presence and ensure lobby/desk areas are clean and organized Process check‑ins and check‑outs; handle billing, post charges, and collect payments Manage reservations, room availability, and incoming phone calls Complete shift checklists and other assigned duties Coordinate with housekeeping regarding room status and guest requests Protect guest information, keys, and cash drawer security Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues promptly, and communicate effectively with guests and staff Follow IHG brand standards and promote guest loyalty Multitask and prioritize for efficient service Qualifications Customer service experience preferred; hotel experience a plus Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Proficient with computers; strong written and verbal communication Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts Join us as we strive to create memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service at the front desk!
