```Job Summary``` We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. ```Duties```
  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction ```Requirements```
  • Previous experience in guest services or hotel management is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
