What You'll Do As a Front Desk Agent, you are often the first and last person our guests interact with during their stay. Your role is important in creating a welcoming and professional first impression. Day, Evening and Overnight Shifts are available.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and providing excellent customer service
• Checking guests in and out of the hotel
• Answering phone calls and assisting with reservations
• Responding to guest questions and requests
• Handling payments and maintaining accurate records
• Working with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction Your friendly attitude and attention to detail help create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for every guest. What We're Looking For
