ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Makes guest reservations Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests Answers inquires pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and travel directions Answers phones, emails and text messages from hotel guests All other duties as assigned
