Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing outstanding customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable stays for our guests while supporting the efficient operation of the front desk. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and billing procedures accurately and efficiently Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Address guest concerns promptly, demonstrating strong customer service problem-solving abilities Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment Multilingual or bilingual skills preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS) Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and client communication strategies Ability to handle night audit responsibilities and operate multi-line phone systems efficiently Previous hotel experience, particularly in resort settings, is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
