This role involves welcoming guests, assisting with orders and dining needs, maintaining clean service areas, and working closely with the team to create a positive and enjoyable guest experience. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service. Assist guests with seating, menu questions, and general requests. Take and process customer orders accurately as assigned. Communicate guest requests clearly with servers and kitchen team members. Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately. Maintain clean and organized dining areas, counters, service stations, and workspaces. Clear and reset tables throughout service. Restock dining, beverage, and service supplies as needed. Monitor guest areas and respond promptly to customer needs. Follow food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Assist servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and other team members during busy periods. Assist with point-of-sale and payment procedures as assigned. Respond to guest questions and concerns politely and professionally. Support opening, closing, and general restaurant maintenance duties. Communicate operational needs and guest feedback to supervisors. Perform other guest service and restaurant support duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, food service, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, reliable, and guest-focused attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good attention to detail and service quality.
