The primary function of this position is to guarantee unsurpassed customer service to People Serving People's guests by performing and providing quality control for all Front Desk activities, and ensuring the effectiveness of a 24/7/365-day operation at the heart of People Serving People's emergency shelter Success in this role requires punctuality, self-motivation, dependable consistency, and strong conflict de-escalation skills.

Guest Services Overnight Associate:

Contribute to warm and friendly environment by greeting and providing great hospitality to guests Process guest intake, voucher renewals, and audit report paperwork Respond to guests' request for information and necessities Answers telephone and relays messages for guests Understand and follow all front desk policies and procedures to provide excellent guest service Performs stocking and cleaning responsibilities as needed for shift Pay and Benefits for
