The typical expected schedule is Saturdays 12 PM - 8 PM & Sundays 9 AM - 5 PM, with the potential for more hours during the week based on demand. This job is a great opportunity for students, or anyone already working a regular workweek whose looking to earn a little extra on the side. As the first point of contact, you'll be the welcoming face of our property, ensuring smooth check-ins, providing accurate billing and area information, and maintaining a friendly atmosphere throughout your shift. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help foster guest satisfaction and loyalty. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using OPERA Property Management Systems Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and coordinate guest requests with professionalism and courtesy Provide excellent guest service by addressing needs promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and offering local recommendations to enhance their stay Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while adhering to hotel policies and emergency procedures Drive guest loyalty by delivering the benefits of the IHG One Rewards program Skills Strong guest service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest relations Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling inquiries via multi-line phone systems Drive to comfortably work alone and with a team, and comfort with both very busy and very slow environments Previous experience with hotel PMS systems such as OPERA is preferred, but anyone with moderate computer literacy and comfort learning new or complex applications is encouraged to apply This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a seasoned and friendly team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality. Pay:
