Job Description
Front Desk-Guest Service Agent (Part-time Positions) Responsible for assuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service; checking guests into and out of the hotel as well as answering phone calls and customer inquiries; maintaining all documentation regarding room registration, changes, charges, credit card transactions, guest service and maintenance issues; positively representing and promoting the property. Weekends are required (every other). Flexible schedule is available.
