Job Description

Job Summary A Front Desk Host serves as the first point of contact for hotel guests and is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience. The role involves welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, addressing guest requests, and ensuring a positive and professional hotel environment. Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately. Verify reservations, room assignments, and payment information. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, rates, and local attractions. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily balancing procedures. Assist with reservations and special requests. Follow hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel management systems. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.

$18.00 per hour
