Front Desk Agent - Country Inn & Suites shakopee-55379 Immediate Opening Country Inn & Suites is looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team as soon as possible .

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service Handle guest check-in and check-out Answer phone calls and make reservations Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns Process payments and maintain accurate records Perform other front desk duties as needed

Requirements:

Previous hotel front desk experience is required Excellent customer service and communication skills Basic computer skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
