Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries. Support guest relations by maintaining a welcoming environment, ensuring guest comfort. Follow hotel emergency procedures confidently to ensure guest safety during any incident or emergency situation Clean hotel rooms, vacuum common areas. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations Strong customer service skills. Ability to clean a hotel room thoroughly.
