Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Night Audit! This vital role ensures the smooth operation of overnight front desk activities, maintains guest satisfaction, and guarantees accurate financial reporting. You will be the welcoming face of our hotel during nighttime hours, providing exceptional guest services while performing essential audit procedures. Duties Welcome and assist guests during late-night hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Conduct nightly audit procedures by verifying all financial transactions, updating property management systems (PMS), and preparing detailed reports for management review. Manage multi-line phone systems and handle guest inquiries promptly and courteously, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills. Ensure the security of the property by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks, and following hotel emergency procedures when necessary. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, reservations, and guest requests to ensure seamless operations and data integrity. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs or resolve issues swiftly. Uphold high standards of hospitality management by delivering exceptional guest services and fostering positive guest relations throughout your shift. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, problem-solving, and client communication. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest and staff safety at all times. Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism in all communications. Previous resort experience or hotel experience is preferred for understanding the unique needs of luxury hospitality environments.
