We are looking to fill two full time front desk positions: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm Weekends may be required at times due to staff / hotel needs. Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate, working Monday through Friday to deliver exceptional guest experiences! In this lively role, you'll be the welcoming face of our hotel, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your energetic approach and commitment to outstanding customer service will set the tone for memorable stays. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love engaging with diverse guests, this is your opportunity to shine in a vibrant hospitality setting! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and attention to detail. Assist guests with inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services via phone or in person. Maintain clear communication through multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Address guest concerns promptly, applying customer service problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction. Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and security at all times. Support night audit procedures as needed to reconcile daily transactions and reports. Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of guest relations and hospitality management. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations, preferably within resort or hotel environments. Strong knowledge of hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or comparable property management systems (PMS). Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving abilities. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance client communication. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols. Exceptional phone communication skills, including multi-line phone system handling and phone etiquette. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Previous experience with night audit processes is a plus but not required.
