Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where your friendly demeanor and organizational skills will create a welcoming experience for our guests. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service expertise in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel management system Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Process payments and handle cash, credit, or debit transactions securely Follow all safety and security procedures to protect guests and staff
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and night audits(if needed) A friendly, approachable attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction Must have open availability We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
