Job Description
Front Desk Clerk - Beaufort Hotel The Beaufort Hotel is currently seeking friendly and professional Front Desk Clerks to join our Guest Services team. As one of the first points of contact for guests, this position plays an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable hotel experience from arrival to departure. We are looking for individuals who enjoy interacting with others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing exceptional hospitality and guest service. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently Respond promptly to guest questions, requests, and concerns Maintain a high level of hospitality and guest service at all times Handle guest payments and follow all cash handling procedures Answer incoming calls and assist guests, visitors, and associates as needed Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management regarding guest needs and operational updates Handle guest mail, packages, and messages professionally and confidentially Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, local information, and special offers Follow hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Qualifications Previous hotel, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and guest service skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Basic computer and cash handling skills Dependable attendance and flexibility with scheduling Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation $13.00 - $14.00 per hour depending on experience Benefits for Full-Time Associates Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and short/long-term disability options 401(k) with company match Paid time off Tuition assistance opportunities Hotel and dining discounts Career growth and advancement opportunities Why Join the Beaufort Hotel?
