Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, including booking modifications and cancellations. Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest stays. Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to hotel policies and procedures. Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or issues with effective problem-solving and a customer-first attitude. Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers with reservations, inquiries, or emergencies. Maintain knowledge of hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times. Support night audit activities by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to deliver seamless guest services and resolve any issues swiftly. Uphold high standards of guest relations by demonstrating hospitality management skills that foster a welcoming environment for diverse clientele, including multilingual or bilingual guests when applicable. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms. Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and resort experience is advantageous. Excellent phone communication skills combined with proper phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally across multi-line phone systems. Demonstrated ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
