Maintain accurate reservation records, modify bookings as needed, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation services to enhance guest experiences. Answer incoming calls promptly using proper phone etiquette; manage multiple lines seamlessly while prioritizing guest needs. Assist with night audit responsibilities by reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy during overnight shifts. Uphold high standards of guest relations by fostering a welcoming environment that promotes comfort and safety throughout their stay. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong asset to serve diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems enhances operational efficiency. Knowledge of guest services, resort operations, and customer service best practices is essential for success in this role. Experience with night audit procedures or hotel experience involving front desk responsibilities is advantageous.
