Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Franchise Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your energetic and customer-focused approach will create memorable experiences, foster guest loyalty, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your multilingual skills, hotel management knowledge, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment dedicated to guest satisfaction. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out experiences using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Manage reservations and room assignments accurately through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring seamless booking processes. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and addressing guest inquiries promptly. Assist guests with special requests, room changes, or concerns while maintaining excellent customer service standards and phone etiquette. Conduct night audit procedures when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Enforce hotel emergency procedures confidently and calmly during incidents to ensure guest safety and property security. Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, complaints, and resolutions to improve service quality and support guest relations initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with familiarity in hotel management systems such as OPERA or similar property management software (PMS). Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication to enhance guest satisfaction. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and resort experience is preferred. Excellent phone communication skills with multi-line phone systems and a professional phone etiquette. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Previous hotel experience emphasizing guest services, front desk operations, or property management is advantageous.
