Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism. Manage multiple-line phone systems to answer questions, take reservations, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Maintain accurate guest records, process payments securely, and handle billing inquiries with transparency. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight. Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication reflects the hotel's friendly and professional image. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to coordinate guest needs and maintain high standards of hospitality management. Experience Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality management is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively. Experience with front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and guest relations, will give you a strong advantage. Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management software is a plus but can be provided through training. Excellent customer service skills combined with strong communication abilities are essential for success in this role. A background in resort or hospitality environments will help you excel in delivering guest-centered experiences.
