Job Description

Elevate your career in a professional fun hotel environment. We are seeking a Front Desk Agent for Part-Time 6:00am-2pm shift to serve as the primary point of contact for our guests. This role is ideal for a composed, service-oriented individual.
The Opportunity:
In this role, you are more than a receptionist; you are the face of the hotel. You will oversee the peak check- out period, ensuring every guest transition is handled with precision and professionalism. We provide comprehensive training for candidates who possess strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to high-tier service.
Key Responsibilities Guest Relations:
Facilitate a seamless arrival and departure experience while serving as an expert on hotel amenities and local interests.
Operational Oversight:
Manage multi-line communications and utilize hotel management software to maintain accurate reservations and billing.
Problem Resolution:
Address guest inquiries and concerns with a proactive, solution-based approach.
Financial Accuracy:
Assist with daily reconciliation and reporting to ensure the front office maintains peak operational standards .
Qualifications Professionalism:
A calm demeanor and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume setting.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills; bilingual proficiency is highly regarded.
Reliability:
Open availability for the morning shift and a dedicated work ethic.
Ambition:
A desire to learn the business side of hospitality, including night audit procedures and resort operations. At least 1 year front desk experience is required. Weekends and Holidays are required.
