Job Description
Hours will be 2 Night Audit Shifts 11 pm to 7 am 1-2 shifts on 3 pm to 11 pm MainStay Suites is dedicated to providing travelers with a comfortable and welcoming experience, offering all the amenities needed to start each day energized and prepared. With a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction, our hotel strives to create a relaxing environment for every guest. We are seeking an energetic and friendly Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth operations at the front desk. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for every visitor. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, and concierge services Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details Ensure proper phone etiquette is followed at all times while providing excellent customer service Conduct night audits as needed to verify daily financial transactions and reports Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and resolve issues quickly Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle multi-line phone systems with efficiency and poise Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems Familiarity with guest relations, hotel policies, and hospitality best practices Experience with night audit procedures is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Join us as a Front Desk Agent to deliver memorable guest experiences through energetic service and hospitality excellence.
