Super 8 Hotel of Jamestown, ND is looking for a friendly, motivated and dependable Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team and become the face of our company! We need a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people, and capable of multiple tasks at the same time. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and will understand the importance of responding quickly to guests' needs. If you have experience in the hospitality industry, please come see us! Responsibilities and Duties Greet guests and patrons in a friendly manner Manage the registration process Handle guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately Ask for identification and ensure that the provided credentials are accurate Take calls and provide information and transfer calls Manage accurate accounting of all rooms Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person. Contact housekeeping and maintenance departments when a problem is reported Various other tasks as assigned by management Qualifications & Skills Bilingual a plus High school diploma/GED required Excellent oral and written communication skills Friendly phone manner familiarity with the hospitality industry a plus
