Job Description
Omni Mount Washington, LLC dba Omni Mount Washington Resort headquartered at 310 MountWashington Hotel Road, Bretton Woods, NH 03575; phone number: 603-278-4440, is seeking tofill Hotel & Spa Front Desk Clerk positions from 05/1/2026-02/28/2027.This is for fulltime, peak load, temporary employment. Duties include : Check-in/check-out of guests, make andchange room reservations, answer telephone, take messages, provide wake-up calls, issue roomkeys, post charges to room folios, make change for guests and provide information to guests.
Follow required safe cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
The pay is from $17.36 to $21.00 per hour with overtime available at $26.04 to $31.50 per hour,based on hourly rate. Employer may increase wage based on experience, performance, tenure,and/or market conditions. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, orlocal law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek. Single workweek will be used in computing wages due. Pay period is Weekly. Employers willmake all deductions from workers' paychecks, which are required by law. Optional employeeshared offsite housing available, including utilities and deposit, at a rate of approximately $125.00-$165.00perweek, depending on the housing unit. Weekly rates include a $10/week security depositthat participants get back if the room is left in good condition upon departure. Subject to housingdamage, deposit refunded within 1-month of move out. Cost of housing & deposit payroll deductedif worker elects. Uniform provided at no cost to employee. If employee elects to live in employerbased housing, use of the employee cafeteria is included for all meals at no cost. Transportation,including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging, to the place of employment will be provided,or its cost to workers reimbursed by a company check, separate from the payroll check, if theworker completes half of the employment period. If the worker completes 50% of the workcontract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from theplace of recruitment to the place of work. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economicallyand reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at arate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Reimbursementin the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, includingthose mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but not included passportexpenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker). The employer will provideworker, at no charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job and on the jobtraining in the proper use of tools and equipment. The employer guarantees to offer work for hoursequal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employmentperiod only to the extent that this guarantee is enforced by the Department of Labor. As of the dateof this posting, the three-fourths guarantee is not enforced, but this is subject to change. Friday:
Various 8-hours shifts (ranging from 7am to3pm, 12pm to 8pm, 3pm to 11pm, 4pm to 12am, 5pm to 1am, or 9pm to 5am). Workdays and shifttimes may vary with occupancy and events. Job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. The requested temporary workers will be based at 310 Mount Washington Hotel Road, Bretton Woods,NH 03575.
