Sign-on Bonus:
$500.00 for Full Time Employment No Hospitality Experience? No Problem! If you have a positive attitude, enjoy helping people, and are eager to learn, we'll teach you everything you need to know. Many of our best team members started with no hotel experience at all! What You'll Do As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first smile our guests see and one of the last people they remember. Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to make someone's vacation even more special.
Your day may include:
Greeting guests with a warm, friendly smile Checking guests in and out efficiently Answering phone calls and assisting guests with questions Recommending resort amenities, activities, and local attractions Helping resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care Processing reservations, room charges, and payments accurately Renting recreational equipment and assisting with retail purchases Working closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience Completing daily front desk responsibilities and maintaining an organized work area

Requirements:
You'll Be Successful in This Role If You… Enjoy working with people and providing outstanding customer service Have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team Stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Pay attention to details and take pride in doing things accurately Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems Have a High School Diploma or GED Can communicate effectively in English Are available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but it is not required . We'll provide the training—you bring the enthusiasm!
