Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Must know housekeeping and laundry. You are requiring cleaning rooms and do laundry.
JOB DUTIES
:- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and other requests
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- at least 4 years of housekeeping experience is requiring. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and ensuring that all linens and laundry are properly cleaned and prepared. ```Responsibilities```
- Clean and sanitize hotel rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
- Dust furniture and fixtures
- Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, towels, and tissues
- Empty trash containers and remove waste to designated areas .
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to provide outstanding guest services and build positive guest relations
- knowledge of computer, MS office is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure
Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
$16.00- $17.00 per hour Application Question(s): Can you work 11 PM
- 7 AM Shift ? Can you work 3 PM
- 11 PM Shift ?
