Job Description
Overview:
- We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy interacting with guests, we would love to have you on board.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate guest information
- Assist guests with any issues or complaints to ensure their satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
Skills:
- Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with hotel operations, including night audit procedures
- Proficiency in front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services
