In Person Job Summary Hotel Indigo Flushing is seeking energetic, service-oriented, and hospitality-driven Front Desk Agents / Guest Service Agents to join our Front Office team. As the first and last point of contact for guests, this role is essential in creating memorable experiences and delivering outstanding hospitality. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about guest service. Key Responsibilities Guest Service & Front Desk Operations Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately Assist guests with reservations, room requests, and hotel information Provide recommendations for transportation, dining, and local attractions Handle guest concerns and service recovery professionally Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment Reservations & Communication Answer calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally Ensure reservation accuracy and guest profile completeness Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to support guest needs Maintain clear communication during shift transitions Guest Engagement & Brand Standards Promote and support IHG One Rewards enrollment initiatives Recognize guest preferences and loyalty status Deliver service aligned with Hotel Indigo and IHG brand standards Support guest satisfaction and positive online reviews Qualifications Minimum 2 years hotel experience required Opera PMS experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Ability to commute to Flushing, NY required Benefits 401(k) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Employee Hotel Discounts Flexible Scheduling Career Growth Opportunities If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and want to grow your hospitality career with Hotel Indigo, we would love to meet you.
