• Welcome and assist our wonderful pet parents.
• Make boarding and grooming reservations by phone and in person.
• Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service.
• Help manage the daily operations of our pet hotel.
• Ensure every guest receives exceptional care and attention.
• Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel for daily office tasks.
• Work hands-on with dogs and cats (we provide training in our personalized care methods).

Someone Who:

Has a genuine love for animals. Has excellent customer service skills. Is proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Has neat, legible handwriting and can accurately complete paperwork by hand. Is organized, detail-oriented, and methodical. Is dependable, professional, and enjoys working with both people and pets. Is eager to learn and grow with our team. No Professional Animal Experience? That's okay! If you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine love for pets, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
