Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations Operate multi-line phone systems, responding to calls with professionalism and courtesy Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience Assist with guest relations, providing information about local attractions and services Uphold high standards of hospitality management throughout the shift Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems Experience in hotel settings or similar hospitality environments is advantageous Join our team and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests while developing your career in the hospitality industry!
