Position:

Morning & Evening Front Desk Associate Shift(s): 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 4:00 PM - 12:00

AM Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests with a warm smile and a can-do attitude. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to ensure guests have an unforgettable stay. Handle reservations and inquiries with efficiency and enthusiasm. Embrace the challenge of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Customer service superstar with a flair for making guests feel at home. Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to adapt to the ever-changing needs of a hotel undergoing a fabulous makeover. Comfortable using computer systems for check-ins, reservations, and general tasks.
