Job Description
Front Desk Agent Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing accurate information about the hotel and its services
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, processing payments and issuing room keys
- Assist guests with any requests or issues during their stay, ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
