Job Description

Center Court Tennis Club is an indoor tennis facility in Broadview Heights. At Center Court, our goal is for players of all ages and abilities to excel on and off the court through programs designed to achieve tennis goals, promote health and fitness, and build self-esteem. We have a team-oriented innovative staff and we are looking to add a front desk associate to work on Saturday mornings. How can you help us?
The front desk staff associate:
Provides exceptional guest services as the first point of contact to members entering Center Court Tennis Club. Greets and welcomes guests to the facility. Assists with enrollment for lessons and court time and takes payments for them. Uses computer software system to sign members up for services such as tennis lessons and court time. Answers the phone and assists members and potential members with inquiries. Maintains the overall cleanliness of the club and lobby areas. Works with members to resolve issues or problems that guests may experience during their visit. Reports maintenance issues to management and assists to get them addressed in a timely manner. Performs other related duties as assigned. Who should apply?
Candidate must have:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
