Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Evening Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during evening hours, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and efficient experience. Your enthusiasm for hospitality management and exceptional customer service will help create memorable stays for our guests. You will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and provide accurate information about our property and local attractions. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to smooth operations during evening shifts, fostering guest satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Manage guest reservations using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Assist guests with room assignments, upgrades, and special requests to enhance their stay experience Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and efficiently Conduct night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, complaints, and resolutions to improve service quality Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS) Strong customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset to address guest concerns promptly Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices Excellent phone communication skills with multi-line phone system proficiency Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and courtesy during night shifts Experience in hotel night audit processes and resort environments is a plus Join our team as an Evening Front Desk Agent and be part of a vibrant hospitality community dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
